Due to Connecticut cottage food law, we are not permitted to shop our baked goods at this time. All orders from The Cookie Girl are available for local pickup or delivery within our approved area. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for supporting local, homeade, sweets!

We’re not able to offer allergy-friendly treats at this time. All of our cookies are made in the same kitchen where common allergens (including wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts) are present. While we take great care in baking, we cannot guarantee the absense of cross-contamination

Keep your cookies fresh and chewy by storing them in an airtight container, or just in their heat-sealed package, at room temperature. Most cookies stay delicious for up to 5 days this way. For longer storage, you can freeze them in an airtight container for up to 2 months—just let them come to room temperature before enjoying!

At The Cookie Girl, all of our treats are baked fresh with love, because they’re perishable food items, We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been picked up.

If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, missing cookies, etc.), please reach out to us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery so we can make it right. We want EVERY-COOKIE experience to be a sweet one, so if something’s not quite right, just let us know!
